Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the AI features of TailorMyResume, including AI-powered resume optimization, keyword analysis, and cover letter generation. It applies to every input you submit and every output you generate through the Service.

1. Permitted use

The Service may be used only to create, improve, and tailor your own genuine job-application materials — resumes, cover letters, and related career documents — for lawful employment purposes.

2. Strictly prohibited content and uses

When using the Service, you must NOT:

• Misrepresentation: Fabricate work experience, education, certifications, or qualifications you do not actually hold.
• Sexually explicit or NSFW content: Generate, promote, or distribute any sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-oriented material.
• Targeted abuse: Create content that harasses, defames, discriminates against, or targets individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
• Illegal activity: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, identity theft, immigration fraud, or document forgery.
• Impersonation: Impersonate another real person, or submit a real person's identity documents or personal data without their consent.
• Minors: Submit personal data of anyone under 16, or use the Service if you are under 16.
• Malicious use: Attempt to prompt-inject, jailbreak, reverse-engineer, or overload the AI models, or use outputs to train competing services without permission.
• Harmful professional claims: Generate credentials for regulated professions (medical, legal, financial, aviation, etc.) that you do not possess.

3. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP. Serious violations (such as fraud or forgery) may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Reporting violations

If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to support@tailormyresume.cn. We review all reports promptly.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
